Little Lady is already 7 months! This past month has been fun as she's moving and really kicking hitting the milestones into high gear! Loving this stage and watching her discover new things everyday.
Yup, seven month talent at its best.
At a glance:
-At her 6 month appointment she was weighing in at a healthy 17.4 pounds and 25 1/4 inches long.
-I guess Little Lady heard the doctor say she needed to be sitting up unassisted because within two days she was sitting up on her own {pillows close by just in case ;) }
-She LOVES food. Food makes her happy :) She's tried and liked avocado, sweet potato {FAVORITE}, banana, and black beans. Oh and watermelon. Her Papa wouldn't let her go any longer without tasting it. She is a Skloss after all, so she really liked it!
-She's a pro at rolling over...and getting stuck. Not quite ready to get from back to tummy.
-The walker and jumper are the go to toys. Girl loves her toys. TOTAL opposite of Little Man. Anything you put in front of her will entertain her....then goes in her mouth.
-Drooling. Every where. Just all over.
-No teeth.
-Big brother is the best entertainment and by far the one that makes her laugh and giggle the most. My heart bursts when I {finally} see him playing lovingly with her - boy puts the R in Rough. Their interaction is becoming more every day. Several times a day I tell him how much she adores him because her affections for him are so obvious! Little sister thinks big brother hung the moon.
-Her favorites include being in the stroller outside, sitting in the high chair because food.is.coming!, sitting on the couch playing with toys and watching us around the house, bath time while kicking her brother in the back, singing a.k.a. babbling.
-I'm able to put her hair up in a little pebbles style {think The Flinstones} ponytail on the top of her head. So.Very. Adorable. If I do say so myself .
Baby girl is still sweet and laid back. Her personality is serious but love the way her **blue eyes** light up when she smiles. The best way to get her to laugh is laugh first. What makes her the most unhappy is taking away something she's getting into {chewing on a napkin from the kitchen table - Ugh! How dare we?!} and putting her down when she's tired and wants to be loved on.
Mommy, daddy, and big brother love you very much Little Lady!
-The Momma
